Earle brings more than two decades of experience across skills development, training-provider leadership and higher-education operations. His work has connected programme delivery, academic processes, learner support and the relationships that help people progress.
He holds an MBA and brings a practical interest in how people think, learn and make decisions. His work includes developmental conversations, student engagement, learning activities and tools that encourage reflection and action.
Greymatter Collective creates a focused way to bring that experience to selected consulting projects. Each engagement has a clear scope and direct involvement, with specialist collaboration shaped around the needs of the work.
